Weight Loss Capsule: Take 1 Capsule, once a day before Lunch on an empty stomach.
Directions for use
ACV with mother: 2 teaspoons (10 ml) of Herbal Daily ACV in 100 ml of water, on an empty stomach before Dinner, Daily. Do not eat or drink anything for 30 minutes.
