Dosage:

Haldi: 3 teaspoons (15ml) of Herbal Daily Haldi in 100 ml of water, on an empty stomach before breakfast in Morning, Daily. Do not eat or drink anything for 30 minutes.

Haldi Calcium Capsule: Take 1 Capsule, a day after Lunch or Dinner.

Kalihari Capsule: Take 1 Capsule, once a day after Lunch. (5 Times a week)
