Dosage:

Haldi: 3 teaspoons (15ml) of Herbal Daily Haldi in 100 ml of water, on an empty stomach before breakfast in Morning, Daily. Do not eat or drink anything for 30 minutes.

Kalihari Capsule: Take 1 Capsule, once a day before Lunch on an empty stomach.

Body Balance Capsule: Take 1 Capsule once a day empty stomach before Lunch.

Chirata Capsule: Take 1 Capsule once a day empty stomach before Lunch.
