Dosage:          

Haldi: 3 teaspoons (15ml) of Herbal Daily Haldi in 100 ml of water, on an empty stomach before breakfast in Morning, Daily. Do not eat or drink anything for 30 minutes.

Body Balance Capsule: Take 1 Capsule once a day empty stomach before Lunch.

Chirata Capsule: Take 1 Capsule, once a day 30 minutes before Dinner.

Kalihari Capsule: Take 1 Capsule, once a day after Dinner (5 times a week).
